Rebecca shows us the Macrina bakery at SODO
Macrina Bakery has been baking magical goods for Seattle for over 16 years now, and who could resist their wonderful breads and baked goods? Not us, and today we were graciously given the grand tour of Macrina’s new facility in the SODO district by Rebecca Early, their Wholesale Manager, who we met to discuss bringing their goods to SAVOUR.
After gathering some samples to take home (ah, the hard work continues!), Rebecca showed us “where our bread would be coming from.” It was amazing to see how far Macrina had come from their original 600 square foot shop on First Avenue, to their current multi-locations, including the new facility we visited.

Everyone at the facility took time to greet us, smile, and show us their part in making the incredible goods that they create every day.
We were very impressed and you can look forward to tasting their products at SAVOUR!
